Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is offering an exciting opportunity for an Associate Quality Production Specialist to join the Mobility, Surveillance & Bombers (MS&B) Operations Quality Team in Oklahoma City, OK.

This site operates with a 9/80 work schedule – you will have the option to work 9-hour shifts and take one paid day off every two weeks.

Position Responsibilities:

• Assists with review and validation of product non-conformances and disposition type, quality procedures and engineering requirements.

• Supports analysis to identify and evaluate the quality of products, operations and processes to design requirements.

• Identifies and documents discrepancies, segregates and controls nonconforming items and recommends corrective actions.

• Participates in the investigation to determine root cause of nonconformance of plans.

• Ability to apply basic knowledge of aerospace design, systems and integration to perform failure and forensic analysis of aerospace components and systems.

• Gathers data and provides recommendations/solutions to nonconformance of plans, products or processes.

• Assists with the development, modification and documentation of actions to assure problem resolution or to implement corrective/preventive action.

• Assists in obtaining corrective action on nonconforming plans and hardware/processes and submits for review.

• Verifies internal replication systems adhere to Company and regulatory standards and procedures.
• Supports Foreign Object Debris and Tool Control programs.
• Works under general supervision.

This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location(s).

This position requires an active U.S. Secret Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required). (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active.)

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• 3&43; years of Experience in reading, interpreting and reviewing engineering documents, blueprints, drawings and process specifications

• 3&43; years of experience supporting manufacturing and/or engineering business

partners

• 1&43; year of experience in quality

• Experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS)

• Experience working or inspecting work orders and nonconformances

• Experience working with USAF and DCMA customers and live aircraft at customer sites

• Experience with Microsoft Office Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Access,

Excel, and Word

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher

• 3&43; years of experience utilizing and following detailed Work Instructions, Work Orders and a Nonconformance tracking system

• 1&43; year of experience collecting data from multiple sources, performing analysis and presenting data to management

• Experience supporting GOLDesp product and user database and/or Worksheet Write Ups (WSWs)
• Experience with Bombers (B-1 FIF, B-1 Longeron, B-52 RMP, B-52 CERP, etc.) or AWACS (40/45, IPEC, CNU, etc.)

Typical Education & Experience:

Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g., Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g., Master&43;1 years related work experience, 7 years related work experience, etc.).

Relocation:

Summary pay range:  - $62,500 - $74,700
