Airbus US Manufacturing Facility is looking for a Performance Management Analyst l to join our team based in Mobile, AL

Responsible for evaluating performance data, and maintaining the governance and KP’s monitoring the evolution of the A220 flowline.  Uncovering areas for improvement, and developing solutions for the A220 FAL.  Responsible for obtaining and vetting data, developing and executive quantitative analysis (with potentially incomplete) data, cross-check results to identify potential inconsistencies or limitations.  Define detailed functional requirements, process flow diagrams, and business cases; including gap and impact analysis.

Nearby on ‘Airbus Way’ you will find the Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility for commercial aircraft. Opened at the Mobile Aeroplex at Brookley in 2015, the facility produces A320 Family aircraft and added a second product line for the A220 in 2019. The facility, which strengthens the U.S. aerospace industry, is part of Airbus’ strategy to enhance its global competitiveness by meeting the growing needs of its customers in the United States and beyond.

  • Provide guidance with the support of pareto analysis in order to guide the investigation and resolution plans involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring follow up of the action plans. 

  • Conducts and facilitates (and educates and trains on) analyses, issues identification, and decision making processes

  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources

  • Development and implementation of performance metrics, data analyses, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality

  • Work directly with management and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships 

  • Drive strategic analyses and provide recommendations for ad hoc requests, both from within the team and externally

  • Awareness of project management, assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility

  • Identify, analyze and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.

Your boarding pass:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management or similar discipline.

  • Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience related to date, program, and management analysis, or in a similar role. 

  • ExpertGoogle Suite skills including lookup/reference functions, nesting if-then statements, array formulas, pivot tables, graphs/reporting tools, and knowledge of the data analysis package; some macro knowledge preferred.

  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
