Position Summary
Build and organize an efficient finite production schedule that maximizes production efficiency while minimizing raw material and work in process inventory, changeover costs and satisfies customer’s required dates.
Responsibilities
- Release and manage production work orders in accordance with MRP, Kanban signals, production plan goals and related planning data.
- Reviews production capacity requirements: Monitors the reports and ensures capacity is available to meet the production plan.
- Release and manage raw material orders through the MRP system as necessary to meet production schedule.
- Works with customer service personnel on maintenance of promise dates to the customer. Provide customer’s service maintaining the communication thru the systems set.
- Manage, monitor and update Kanban’s for assigned value streams.
- Resolve inventory discrepancies or related to material flow in the processes, identifying the root cause and implementing corrective actions.
- Manage of the open orders and expedite request with suppliers.

Qualifications
- Engineering or administrative bachelor’s degree.
- 2 years of experience in supply chain.
- Advanced English
- MRP system knowledge
