Job Title: Planner Scheduler
Job DescriptionCreates, plans, schedules, and coordinates component jobs for CNC machines. Provides timely planning, and scheduling of component jobs to the manufacturing floor to achieve customer delivery dates.
Coordinate delivery of parts to expedite flow to meet production schedule by evaluating CNC schedule to ensure components are manufactured by their scheduled due date.
Utilize M1 system to calculate shortages and need dates for upcoming orders.
Review and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay.
Produces all CNC packets and releases them to production floor while also ensuring packets are the current revision.
Uses any forecasting data to make sound decisions on quantities of component jobs.
Works with Director of Operations on what parts are suitable to run in house.
Communicates the production progress to Director of Operations.
Combines orders for assembly jobs to maximize efficiency and profit.
Evaluates and prioritizes potential improvements in production based on gains and required effort.
Identifies opportunities for process improvement, waste removal, and cost reduction in production and presents information to top leadership.

This is a fully on-site position in North Little Rock, Arkansas.
Work Environment
2 machine shops: 1 with 4 machines and the other with advanced overnight/technical runs.
M-Th 6:30a-5p. Potential OT as business needs dictate.
