StandardAero in Grapevine, TX, is looking for a driven OTC (Over-the-Counter) Sales Representative to join our supply chain team. The OTC (Over-the-Counter) Sales Representative is responsible for sourcing and sale of new parts for Pratt and Whitney Canada PT6A and JT15D engines, supporting both internal and external customers in the aviation industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of aviation parts sales, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to manage relationships with a diverse global customer base.

Position Accountabilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries regarding pricing, availability, and delivery timelines for P&WC PT6A and JT15D new parts.
• Generate and process quotes, orders, and invoices accurately and efficiently.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the aviation industry.
• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers, fostering long-term partnerships.
• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained for high-demand parts.
• Work closely with internal teams, including purchasing, and logistics, to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Liaise with OEM to address any technical or delivery issues affecting customer orders.
• Track and analyze sales performance, including revenue, margin, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Work with accounts payables to ensure all purchase order issues and vendor credits are resolved and received in a timely manner.
• Support co-workers during vacation/sick time, etc.
• Model behaviors consistent with good quality, health and safety, and environmental management practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Preference will be given to individuals with post-secondary education or equivalent experience in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting and/or Inventory Control.   
• Previous experience in aviation parts sales, with a focus on P&WC PT6A and JT15D engines preferred.
• Systematic thinker/problem solver with good organizational and multi-tasking skills.
• A customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

An individual in this capacity must be aware of that the position will involve:

• Working in an office setting, spending a good portion of the workday in front of the computer and on the phone.
• Must be able to work occasional overtime based on business needs.
