Tasks
Your tasks as Production Planner may include, among others:
- Monitor and Replenish stock levels of internally and externally processed material in order to meet customers demands
- Create Repair Orders for outside processing and coordinate with vendors to ensure contractual turn times and pricing are met
- Confirm all material was repaired correctly per approved engineering documentation and all certifications follow QA guidelines
- Track and analyze vendor performance based on TAT, cost, and quality of work
- Calculate and analyze breakdown of Surplus material to determine which LRUs are needed for cost savings solutions
- Compile and review all necessary information to complete a cost advice to determine feasibility of repair of selected components
* Perform other duties as assigned by management

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a combination of the below requirements:
- High school diploma/GED required
- Bachelor’s degree desirable
- At least 1 year work experience with component maintenance or in an aerospace engineering environment; particularly in Overhaul Production with document requirements for processing components through a repair / overhaul cycle required
- Fluency in English language required
- Knowledge in aviation and aircraft component repair required
- MS Office skills as user
- Excellent cost consciousness

- Must possess a valid driver’s license
