Roles and Responsibilities
- Determine root cause and corrective actions for product quality within the logistics process
- Lead process improvement projects for transactional logistics processes
- Manage and maintain audit schedule
- Ownership includes both quality assurance and quality control
- Includes quality assurance of products, services, manufacturing processes
- Includes conformance in manufacturing, incoming goods control, product inspection, witness points, etc.
- Collaborate with team members to support internal and external customers
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years experience in logistics, manufacturing and/or quality)
- A minimum of 3 years experience in logistics, manufacturing and/or quality
