Job Description SummaryAre you interested in joining a dynamic team that is trying to address a significant societal issue facing our aging population? We are looking for self-starters with great interpersonal skills to help drive multi-year programs to help our long-term care policy holders age independently. This role will help develop, implement, manage, and evaluate wellness and aging independence programs through our partnerships with startup and existing service providers. This opportunity lends itself to innovative thinking, with rigorous project management to deliver on new ideas across several different parties.
This role is with North American Life and Health (NALH)which is the reinsurance business unit under GE Aerospace’s Corporate Holdings; primarily focused on Long Term Care (LTC) and Life reinsurance segments.Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Explore, analyze, and synthesize a wide array of data and information to quantify business opportunities and projected benefits
- Research and evaluate programs/vendors and opportunities to improve program offerings and drive increased participation
- Drive program management activities including project planning, progress reviews, approvals, budget management, and monitoring of key metrics
- Establish strong, effective and collaborative partnerships with internal and external business partners to work through challenges, gain alignment, and drive successful program implementations.
- Solve problems that require a high degree of ingenuity, creativity, and innovation.
- Summarize and present analysis results and program updates for management, including creating presentation decks.
- Continually evaluate, learn, and develop new tools, processes, or approaches to further improve existing methodologies.
- The salary range for this position is $73,800.00 - 98,800.00 - 123,800.00 USD Annual. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree
- 3+ years work experience, ideally in business strategy, project management, consulting, operations, or communications
Desired Characteristics
- Strong project management skills
- Skilled in crafting and delivering simple and effective communications.
- Ability to document, plan, market, execute, and monitor programs.
- Solid financial sense, with ability to understand key metrics and their relation to business drivers.
- A deep interest in problem-solving and exceptional attention to detail
- Insurance, healthcare, or financial services experience
