Job Description:
* The position maintains the Program Schedule in Deltek OpenPlan including stakeholder support to Control Account Managers and managing data integrity with Cobra and Jira. The role collaborates with all Program Planners and Program Finance to provide coordinated program support and analysis and utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance. The position consults with the Program Risk Manager on behalf of the planning team to support management and mitigation of schedule risks.
* Candidate will have experience utilizing Critical Path Methodology and how to apply it in schedule network development and analysis. Candidate will develop/refine knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and has shared responsibility for schedule baseline management and control as well as assisting in weekly/monthly variance analysis. Position interacts across a variety of program functional organizations. Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to work in a team environment. Possess ability to prepare status reports, metrics and make presentations as required. Must be self-starter and have demonstrated Program Planning and Scheduling hands on experience.
