You will work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate customer witness tests with project teams.
- Identify and address safety hazards during testing.
- Guide and support customer visitors.
- Travel between local production facilities.
- Generate daily reports for project managers and engineers.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in customer relations and manufacturing environments.
- Knowledge of electrical theory is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to walk, climb ladders, and lift 25 lbs.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
