Project Planner
Littleton / Waterton, CO
Contract Position
$44.00-$60.00/Hour
Be part of an operation that focuses on the sustainment and modernization of tactical aircraft, ensuring they remain ready and capable. This facility is a cornerstone of aerospace maintenance and support, providing essential services to enhance military aircrafts operational life and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop compliant Integrated Program Schedules to validate the flow, budget, and resources needed for program execution.
- Provide time-phased critical path analysis and actionable planning data to address programmatic conflicts.
- Track, monitor, and report the status of program commitments, ensuring cost and schedule integration across all functions.
- Prepare planning artifacts for solicitation responses and interface with program management, senior management, and customers.
- Perform schedule risk assessments and integrate risks and opportunities with cost and schedule baselines.
- Use performance and health metrics to drive improvements in program performance.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of planning/scheduling experience.
- Earned Value Management (EVM) experience.
- Proficiency in critical path analysis and risk assessments.
- Experience with Microsoft Project Server, Open Plan, Acumen, and One Pager Pro.
- Familiarity with the end-to-end lifecycle of spacecraft/satellite programs.
- Strong ability to communicate and collaborate across multiple disciplines.
- Past experience with Lockheed Martin Space is preferred.
- Desired Skills:
- Competency in integrating cost and schedule and understanding of Program Performance Management.
- Prior experience as a team lead with a strong sense of follow-up and attention to detail.
- Ability to support dynamic proposal activities and operate independently in fast-paced environments.
