Air Inuit has been providing essential scheduled, charter, cargo and emergency air transportation services to Nunavik and beyond, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, for 45 years. Owned collectively by the Inuit of Nunavik through the Makivik Corporation, the airline operates a fleet of 30 aircraft and employs over 1,000 people in one of the worlds most demanding flying environments.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Contributes to the efficiency of IT operations by supporting the design, configuration, administration, maintenance, and evolution of system and network infrastructure in accordance with organizational needs. Provides technical support to operational activities in liaison with the IT Project Manager and NOC Coordinator. Offers ideas and contributes to problem-solving through analysis and knowledge.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the IT Project Manager in monitoring project tasks and timelines
- Track progress on system and network-related deliverables
- Assist the NOC Coordinator in daily operational reporting
- Help prepare simple reports, summaries, and meeting notes
- Coordinate meetings, follow-ups, and documentation updates
- Maintain up-to-date records in shared project folders and tools
- Communicate with team members to gather updates and clarify needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- College degree in computer science.
- Minimum 8-12 years’ relevant experience.
- Technical knowledge: o Good knowledge of Windows and server OS.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange and Microsoft/Office 365.
- Good knowledge of switches, routers, VLANs and general networking
- MCSE, MCP, CCNA, Network + are assets.
- Knowledge of MS Projects or equivalent Project Management Tools
- Strong Knowledge of ITIL concepts
- Good written and oral communication skills.
- Bilingual (French English).
- Eager to learn.
- Attention to detail.
- Able to handle stress.
- Available to travel to Nunavik (Quebec internal flights).
