Quality Business Data Analyst

Job Description:

Quality Information System & Digitalization team, in close collaboration with our Quality business colleagues provides state-of-the-art IT solutions to enable competitive, standardized and robust Airbus Operations, from Engineering & Supply Chain, through Plants & FALS, to Customer Services. A Business Analyst joining this Agile multi-function team will be in charge of supporting designing, implementing and deploying new Quality solutions, taking care of the harmonization and robustness of the solution.

Roles and Responsibilities

Work with multinational customers to gather complex requirements, create project plans, communicate solutions and ensure customer requirements are met.

Support Product Owner in the realization of Quality solutions following a joint approach with business and other technical experts based on the agile framework (SAFe) 

Support the deployment of the Quality solutions in the different Airbus manufacturing & business sites when needed.

Testing and securing IT solutions to secure deployments.

Support Product owner to Manage risks, dependencies and resolve impediments.

Support in Identifying areas for improvement in business processes providing possible solutions compliant with the IT strategy.

Ensure expertise and knowledge retention on Quality applications in the portfolio.

Product Owner/Business Analyst Experience in Agile Environment(4-6 Years)

Good knowledge of the Quality Management System

Exposure to IT development (Good to have)  

SAP Quality Modules (Good to have) 

Good Stakeholder management & Networking skills.

Strong English writing, communication and presentation and facilitation skill

Good interpersonal behavioral pattern and experience in directly handling the  customers.

Ability to work in multi-disciplinary, multicultural and multinational teams.

Bachelor Degree (or equivalent) in Information Technology, Engineering, Aeronautics or a related discipline
