Responsibilities will include communicating company and position details to new hires prior to their start date. This entails ensuring new hires have completed all pre-employment activities, including background checks, drug screenings, and onboarding paperwork such as Section 1 of I-9 forms, acknowledging company policies and procedures, and more. The recruiting coordinator will also work closely with the Recruiting Specialist and Facilities Administrative team to coordinate fingerprinting and training for new hires and communicate with new hires at each step of the process.
