Job Description:


As part of the Cabin Crew recruitment team your role will deliver a seamless recruitment experience for the Emirates Group from sourcing to hiring, ensuring candidates align with our values and are capable of excelling in their roles. This is an exciting time of transformational change, offering a unique opportunity to shape the future of our workforce as part of the fast-paced team.


Key Responsibilities



  • Understand Recruitment Needs: Translate departmental needs into annual recruitment plans

  • Advisory Role: Guide Talent Acquisition Coordinators on best practices and identify areas for improvement.

  • Process Optimization: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance the recruitment process.

  • Data-Driven Insights: Collect and analyse performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Deputise for Team Lead: Step in for the Team Lead when needed, advising on tasks such as managing job requisitions, candidate file management, and onboarding processes.

  • Support Recruitment Campaigns: Manage high-volume recruitment for roles Cabin Crew, both locally and globally.

  • Selection Methodologies: Recommend and implement assessment techniques to identify candidates technical and cultural fit, guiding hiring managers in decision-making.

  • Build Relationships: Foster strong, professional relationships with hiring managers, balancing process integrity with departmental needs.

Job Requirements:



  • 12 yrs schooling or equivalent and +5 years of recruitment experience OR Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) 

  • Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience in-house or agency recruiter


Knowledge/skills:



  • Desirable: CIPD or any other HR professional certification 

  • Experience with various selection processes (Digital Assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)

  • Ability to conduct interviews using a behavioural competency framework

  • Ability to organise skills assessment centres (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
