Position Summary
MAG Aerospace is currently bidding on a contract to provide flight training support services for the U.S. Army Special Operations Aviation Command (USASAOC) We are seeking highly qualified Logistics Operations Specialist to support USASOAC’s 160th Special Operations Aviation Regiment (160th SOAR) and the Special Operations Aviation Training Battalion (SOATB).
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include, but not limited to:
- Provide logistical operations for the SOATB supporting assigned Soldiers, students, training contractors and DA Civilians to meet logistical needs and requirements. The Contractor shall assist in planning, managing and executing logistics coordination for SOATB. The Contractor shall coordinate all classes of supply, billeting, transportation, procurement, and financial reimbursements.
- Troubleshoot logistics problem areas and recommend resolutions to SOATB. The Contractor shall coordinate with customers to ensure desired facility objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated to the Government
- Drive military vehicles as required. The Contractor shall coordinate and manage all classes of supply, billeting, transportation, contracts, procurement, and financial reimbursements. The Contractor shall write and brief logistical annexes for training exercises. The Contractor shall troubleshoot problem areas and coordinate problem resolution or recommend solutions to the Government.
- Coordinate with customers to ensure desired logistics objectives, priorities, and schedules are met and communicated. The Contractor shall serve as the logistics subject matter expert at SOATB MH-47 training exercises.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of three years experience conducting logistical operations and/or military unit supply functions like Army MOS 92A (Automated Logistical Specialist) or Army MOS 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) performing functions such as maintenance management, warehouse functions, maintaining equipment records, supply chain management, automated supply system.
- Ability to communicate effectively (verbally and in writing).
- Ability to use computers for record keeping.

Salary at MAG Aerospace is determined by various factors including but not limited to location, the particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $63750 to $106250 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of MAGs total compensation package for employees.
