Description:Home of the F-35 Lightning II, located at Lockheed Aeronautics Fort Worth, Texas, this position will support the Airforce Plant 4 Facilities and Maintenance teams.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to analyze critical risks, develop specifications for new equipment, evaluate machinery safety for compliance, and manage the Lockout-Tagout program. The selected candidate will directly interface with area leadership, support Director metric reviews and lead incident investigations. In addition, the candidate will support ISO 45001:2018 and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering).
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and be flexible to changing work environment.
- Experience with OSHA, accident investigation, root cause analysis and incident management.
Desired Skills:
- Prior experience in heavy manufacturing or aerospace industry.
- Experience working in a represented employee environment.
- Masters degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Engineering).
Familiarity with ISO 45001:2018

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
