Job Expectation:
The purpose of this role and related activity is to identify the assets of a given studied perimeter and quantify their potential to significantly harm over time the achievement of Airbus business objectives. This activity supports the risk assessment and treatment and is also used to consolidate the company’s critical asset inventory.
Key Responsibilities:
Security Business Impact Assessment Analyst is responsible for the Business Impact Assessment:
Plans and manages the Business Impact Assessment,
Undertakes consolidation and analysis of information provided by the Business Owner and Impact Category Focal Point,
Within this activity, the Security Business Impact Assessment analyst will work on:
Defining the asset map,
Characterizing the feared events and associated impacts.
In addition to performing BIA, the Security Business Impact Assessment analyst will be work on the following:
Ensures people with the required competencies are available to enable the Business Impact Assessment
Support the Business Impact Assessment methodology improvement
Capture and consolidate know-how and requirements from the BIA analyst community and relevant stakeholders.
Support BIA analysts in conducting BIAs, applying the updated BIA methodology and tooling.
Carry out existing BIA analysis translation to the updated BIA methodology and tooling.
Update communication kit and training support for the updated BIA methodology and tooling.
Conduct training sessions with BIA analysts to familiarize them with the methodology.
Support BIA teams in their transition to the updated BIA methodology and tooling.
Organize and facilitate a BIA technical community of practice.
Essential General:
Knowledge of principles involved in Security compliance and risk management
Strong attention to detail in analysis and deliverables
Excellent English, with the emphasis on strong written and verbal presentation skills
Ability to interface professionally and positively with external (authorities) and internal (senior management stakeholders)
Enthusiastic team player, with a thirst to learn and evolve his/her skills.
Qualification & Experience
Bachelor of Computer Science degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years professional work experience.
1&43; years in an Information Security, IT Governance, IT Audit or Risk management role.
Knowledge in both Information Security and Risk Management.
ISACA CISM or ISO27005 Risk Manager would be an added advantage.
EASA PART-IS and/or EU NIS2 knowledge is a plus.
