We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst to join our energetic and passionate Digital Marketing team, who are responsible for a large portion of web traffic and bookings across all core TUI products.
As a Senior Digital Marketing Analyst, you would be joining the Digital Marketing Analytics function who act as an internal agency for the Digital Marketing team. You would be responsible for creating, optimising and enhancing our measurements suite through advanced statistical modelling, testing and more. This will include working closely with the UK and Group Digital teams to ensure that the data is accurate and received in a timely manner. You will also be working on key insights projects such as future-proofing post cookie deprecation to ensure that TUI remains on the cutting edge of tech.

ABOUT THE JOB
- Insights-First Analytics: Lead on the delivery of additional insight to the Digital Marketing teams to drive more effective decision making and greater performance
- Data Analysis: Support the reporting for multiple products to help enable more data driven decisions across all TUI products, such as First Choice and the App
- Data Unification: Collaborate with Customer and Commercial teams both in the UK and Group to provide a greater level of data unification across the business
- Measurements Evolution: Work alongside third-party agencies to help enhance our technical capabilities and ensure consistent measurements in a post-cookie environment
- Attribution: Being responsible for the creation, maintenance and actionability of various attribution solutions
- Testing: including supporting on test designs with Brand and Digital teams
- Channel Taxonomy: Accountable for the setup, maintenance, and usability of our spaneting channel taxonomy across our Cloud suite
ABOUT YOU
- Experience using Cloud technologies, such as BigQuery, Cloud Scheduler, Cloud Storage, Data Studio, Cloud Functions, S3, Athena and SageMaker
- Solid understanding of coding best practices & how to adapt these to requirements
- Proficient in SQL essential, with other programming languages such as Python preferred
- Working understanding of how data is collected using APIs, cookies and other solutions
- Experience working within an agency/in-house analytics spaneting team
- Excellent communication skills with experience of working across multiple different teams in different countries with varying knowledge levels
- Highly flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
