Shipside Operations Specialist 2

$32.68-$40.85/Hour

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resolution of emergent shipside issues to support operations across multiple functions.
- Provide feedback on assessments and assist with implementing strategies and updating tracking and visibility tools.
- Communicate the status of parts and materials using automated systems and manual reporting methods to ensure availability.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies in parts, materials, and tools to maintain inventory accuracy.
- Identify and address problems or discrepancies of limited scope using established procedures.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize, expedite, and complete production activities to avoid schedule delays.
- Work under general supervision while contributing to the efficient flow of operations.
Qualifications:
Education: High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Previous Boeing experience is required.
- 3+ years of manufacturing experience.
- 1+ years of experience in operations analysis.
- 1+ years of experience with root cause analysis.
- Proficiency with systems such as Velocity, REDARS (Engineering Information Delivery), Product Standards Data System (PSDS), and Integration Visualization Tool (IVT).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in project management is a plus
