The salary range for this position is $16.50-$17.00 .
Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Shop Floor Scheduling. This role is critical in maintaining schedules on the manufacturing shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review dispatch reports for each work cell. Asses the workload and the ability of the manufacturing personnel to complete scheduled operations to the required quality standard in a timely manner.
- Work closely with manufacturing personnel to increase throughput with an emphasis on collaboration and teamwork.
- Work closely with other support personnel such as Quality, Planning & Production Control, Program Managers.
- Non-Conformance Handling: Work with quality and engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inspection processes and product quality.
- Compliance: Adhere to all company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing people.
- Education: Technical Degree or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Experience with manufacturing process is highly desirable.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of aerospace industry standards and quality control processes.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in inspection processes.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive tasks. Good vision (with or without corrective lenses) is required.
