As an Sr. Enterprise Business Architect, you’ll guide the development and support of our Enterprise Business Architecture deliverables. This includes supporting Enterprise Architecture initiatives and SNCs business architecture and adoption, initiating architecture engagement with key enterprise initiatives to better understand the business vision, and begin realizing the vision through the information and technology architecture. Using capability, value stream, skill, process, and other business architecture analysis, you will work with other Enterprise Architects to develop and support assigned enterprise initiatives through strategic blueprints and roadmaps. You’ll coordinate activities with leadership, architects, SMEs, and the Enterprise PMO, support architecture governance to ensure alignment of IT products/projects with Enterprise Architecture standards, blueprints, and roadmaps, and reduce costs and risks by reducing duplication and redundancy across capabilities.As SNCs corporate team, we provide the company and its business areas with strategic direction and business support spanning executive management, finance and accounting, operations, human resources, legal, IT, information security, facilities, spaneting, and communications. Must-haves:
• Bachelors Degree in a related field with at least 10 or more years of relevant experience
• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
• Extensive experience with enterprise architecture, capability planning, and alignment of IT to corporate and BU strategy
• Experience with drafting reference architecture
•Experience designing, developing, and integrating applications
•Vendor management experience
Preferred:
•Experience in Agile development methodology and processes
• Experience in architecting enterprise systems such as PLM, MES, CRM, and ERP
• Conceptualizing and developing abstract representations
• DevOps methodology experience
