As a Sr Quality Control Analyst here at Honeywell, you will help to shape and maintain our organizations commitment to exceptional quality standards. Your responsibilities will involve not only guiding and mentoring a dedicated quality control team but also spearheading the development and implementation of cutting-edge quality control procedures. You will have the opportunity to conduct in-depth inspections and tests across various stages of production, analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous enhancement.
You will report directly to our Quality Control Manager and youll work onsite at our St Louis, MO location.
In this role, you will impact the overall quality of our products and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities- Leadand mentor a team of quality control professionals
- Develop and implement robust quality controlprocedures
- Conduct inspections and tests to ensure productquality; which may require ability to move and operate across confined spaces
- Analyze data to identify improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolvequality issues
- Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs (single carry)

YOU MUST HAVE- 6+ years of experience in quality control or quality assurance
