JOB SUMMARY:
This is a summer internship in our Facilities department. The intern will digitize equipment maintenance manuals to include removal of no longer used equipment manuals. The intern will perform equipment audits in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). With this project, the intern will also audit the tool room as well as audit stands / platforms and remove or place in CMMS as required.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS):
- Improve access to equipment maintenance manuals and asset files
- Walk the facility at least 4 hours per day to locate and obtain model number / serial number information on equipment
- Input Data into the CMMS with minimal direction
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Basic computer skills including working knowledge of MS Excel and Word
- Ability to walk the facility a minimum of 4 hours per day
- Must reside in the United States
ADDITIONAL DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Construction Management / Engineering major preferred
