Description:LM is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a PAC-3 Technical Operations Center (TOC) Technical Coordinator. In this role, candidate will serve as the main liaison between Field Service Representatives (FSR), Technical Operations Center (TOC), Engineering teams, Evolutionary Development, and Production ensuring seamless communication and collaboration. The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the PAC-3/IBCS/TMI PATRIOT systems, including fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems.

Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for technical matters between Field Service Representatives, TOC, and Engineering teams.

Demonstrate expertise in interpreting drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and product performance specifications related to the PAC-3/IBCS/TMI PATRIOT system.

Maintain a positive and professional work attitude while building and maintaining strong working relationships with program stakeholders, multi-functional areas, and customers.

Facilitate timely and effective communication between functional and program organizations regarding Field Operations & Depot Operations technical issues.
Participate in technical and programmatic reviews to provide valuable insights and recommendations.

Prioritize depot repairs to optimize field readiness and effectively manage field repair status.

Travel domestically and internationally for short periods of time as required.

Ability to travel to customer locations and represent Program interests within the technical operations of PAC-3.

Additional duties as assigned by Program
Basic Qualifications:
Comprehensive understanding of the PAC-3/IBCS/TMI PATRIOT systems, including fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic/mechanical systems.
Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent years of military experience in appropriate field commensurate with assignment
Prior military and proven technical experience and leadership within Patriot Air Defense & Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) operations, maintenance, and sustainment
Active Security Clearance - Secret
A strong technical and logistical background in PAC-3 field support inclusive of Recapitalization and Reset processes to help identify and implement new and existing technical field service support strategies.
Proven experience working with Patriot maintenance processes at Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD)
Ability to interpret drawings, electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, product/performance specifications and other systems integration technical data.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the PAC-3 / PATRIOT system to include fault isolation, diagnostics, and repair of electrical, hydraulic / mechanical systems, and operational experience for each crew position to assist Field Service Representatives with customer technical concerns.
Proven effective communication skills with peers and senior leadership in written, verbal, listening, technical writing and presentations.
Proven experience of 3 years or more in generating formal training materials and instructing in a classroom environment as a Certified Army Instructor.
The ability to interface with multi –disciplined program and functional teams to help solve technical customer concerns at all PAC-3 locations (LSE Management, Production Operations, Contract Management, Subcontracts Management, Quality, Business Ops, Field Service Reps and Program Management).
Ability to participate in technical and programmatic reviews.
Level III Life Cycle Logistics Certified
Ability to travel domestic and/or international for short periods of time.
Desired Skills:
E7 or higher
Technical engineering degree and / or military background
Knowledge of military supply and maintenance management systems
Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Lean / Six Sigma Green or Black Belt Certification

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
