Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for an Experienced System Administrator to join our team in Springfield, VA.
Position Responsibilities:
- Installation and maintenance of servers, workstations, laptops and peripherals
- Install, update and patch Windows environments
- Utilize knowledge of active directory and group policies to assign users and components to the system
- Apply security requirements to systems, and evaluated new solutions prior to their deployment to production environments
- Analyze and troubleshoot system incidents to determine the root cause
- Be familiar with virtual environments, including backups, patching and security implementation
- Utilize configuration management and change management tools to define system component history and relationships
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
- Adjudicated Counterintelligence or Full Scope Polygraph
- Experience with classified IT systems and activities such as patching and running scans
- Security+ Certification or higher
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Experience with Virtual Servers
- College degree in related field

Summary pay range: $110,000 - $130,000
