- High School degree required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 3 years of relevant aviation experience in operations, scheduling, IT, Loadmaster or logistics sectors
- Possess an excellent working knowledge of the Electronic Weight and Balance system.
- Serve as the lead training resource for Ground Operations who teach the weight and balance, weather, training and scheduling systems.
- Aircraft weight and balance certification is preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
- Ability to work effectively with others in a teamwork environment.
- Strong prioritization and multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally, as required, to support station operations and other special projects.
- Office 365 program application experience and Intermediate to advanced computer skills and other specialized applications related to computer diagnosis and programming.
Salary Range: $60,500-$81,500
