PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3 for a 6-month full-time contract in California (Remote with onsite visits to Sunnyvale, CA). This is a unique opportunity to drive full-cycle recruiting and sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent in the aerospace industry.

You will develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques, build talent pipelines, and guide candidates through the hiring process—all while working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
What You’ll Do:

Lead full-cycle recruitment efforts for technical and manufacturing roles.
Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract hard-to-find talent.
Use spanet intelligence and data-driven recruiting to inform hiring decisions.
Partner with hiring managers and HR to define role requirements and improve processes.
Manage Workday recruiting tools and other sourcing channels.
Conduct talent pipeline building and tactical candidate searches.
Ensure an exceptional candidate experience by guiding applicants through the hiring process.

What You Bring:
Basic Qualifications:

5+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience (or 9+ years without a degree).
Strong background in technical recruiting (engineering and/or manufacturing roles).
Experience sourcing through multiple channels to identify top talent.
Proficiency in Workday recruiting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.

Preferred Qualifications:

Active participant in social and digital sourcing techniques.
Experience building talent pipelines and executing tactical searches.
Background in agency recruiting.
Strong spanet data analysis skills to assess hiring trends.
Proven ability to prioritize multiple high-priority projects under tight deadlines.

Pay Details: $35.23 to $38.54 per hour
