Position Summary: As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner at PDS Tech Commercial, you will be at the forefront of our talent acquisition strategy, helping to attract and secure high-caliber candidates for key positions in the aerospace industry. You will collaborate closely with proposal teams and hiring managers, managing the full recruitment life cycle to meet staffing needs for ongoing proposals. Your expertise will help us build a pipeline of top talent to support large-scale, mission-critical projects in the aerospace sector.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; Days
Pay Rate: $48.57 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct full life cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates to meet staffing needs for proposals.
- Collaborate with proposal teams to understand staffing requirements and timelines, ensuring alignment with recruitment strategies.
- Implement incumbent capture strategies for large proposal efforts, identifying key personnel and integrating talent into the proposal framework.
- Maintain a comprehensive staffing tracker to monitor candidate progress, timelines, and requirements for active proposals.
- Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, leveraging social media and professional networks.
- Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates to maintain a strong pipeline for future proposals.
- Provide regular updates and reports on staffing status, candidate pipeline, and recruitment metrics to the proposal team and management.
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with organizational needs and objectives.
Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of full life cycle technical recruiting experience.
- Proficiency with Human Capital Management (HCM) tools, particularly Workday, to optimize recruitment processes.
- Strong experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS tools.
- Proven track record in sourcing and attracting top talent in the government and aerospace sectors.
- In-depth knowledge of recruitment best practices, spanet trends, and behavioral interview techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with candidates and hiring managers.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance throughout the recruitment process.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with strong organizational skills.
- This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience with high-volume recruiting efforts, particularly for proposal efforts and OCONS recruiting.

Pay Details: $48.57 per hour
