Your responsibilities 

  • Responding to technical and product inquiries from regular customers in collaboration with Parker divisions
  • Identifying products and searching for suitable alternatives
  • Verifying inquiries for completeness
  • Entering contract prices and discount settings according to pricing policy
  • Teamwork and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure high quality and efficient handling of inquiries
  • Preparing offers for regular customers in accordance with pricing guidelines
  • Entering new products into the system according to established agreements

 

Who we are looking for

  • Higher education, minimum bachelors degree
  • Highly developed analytical and communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
  • Excellent command of the Polish language
  • Proficiency in English at least at B2 level – daily communication with clients and colleagues (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a team and a proactive approach
  • Attention to detail
  • Sense of responsibility and decision-making skills
  • Initiative in seeking solutions and improvements

 

Ideally, you will also have

  • Knowledge of PowerBi, PowerQuery
  • Experience on similar positon
