The opportunity

We are seeking a talented Training Administrator and Designerto support a world class airborne surveillance, communications and battle management system, the E-7A Wedgetail. The role is based in Williamtown.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct the development of training artefacts to support project processes
  • Develop innovative, relevant and engaging training solutions
  • Evaluate and update training materials in response to feedback and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Support training delivery and Training Administration requirements
  • Effective engagement with customer representatives and subject matter experts
  • Develop and integrate technical components to enhance courseware using various multi-media software

Experience/Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in the analysis, design, development and evaluation of training (highly desirable)
  • Strong understanding of the Systems Approach to Defence Learning (SADL) or a Defence Training background (highly desirable)
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in Administration and/or Instructional Design
  • Ability to work under limited supervision in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain a NV1 Defence Security Clearance
  • Applicants must be Australian Citizens to meet Defence security requirements
