Avionic Technician
Greenville, SC
Contract Position
$32.00-$38.00/Hour
Be part of an operation that focuses on the sustainment and modernization of tactical aircraft, ensuring they remain ready and capable. This facility is a cornerstone of aerospace maintenance and support, providing essential services to enhance military aircrafts operational life and capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Perform wire routing, harness installation, and direct wiring according to diagrams across the aircraft fuselage.
- Conduct electronic, mechanical, electromechanical, and optical work, including troubleshooting, calibration, testing, and maintenance of aircraft systems.
- Follow schematics, engineering drawings, and written or verbal instructions to execute tasks.
- Operate equipment, conduct tests, and report results in the required format.
- Perform calibration, alignment checks, and adjustments as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in wire routing, continuity testing, and crimping is required.
- Ability to work second shift.
- Tools are not required for this position.
