Job Title: Avionics Electrician - Located in Aurora, OregonJob Description
- Working in an MRO environment, the Avionics Electrician will disassemble, repair, fabricate parts as necessary, reassemble, install, and document maintenance actions on heavy-lift helicopters, primarily Boeing CH-47 airframes (Model 107, Model 234 firefighting and heavy lift utility).
- Read and interpret maintenance manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics or other technical data to determine the feasibility and method to perform the assigned task.
- Cleans and inspects components and aircraft wiring installations for damage and wear using visual examination and special tooling and equipment.
- Replaces or repairs damaged or worn component parts and wiring using general hand tools, special tools, pneumatic tools and precision measuring equipment.
- Assembles components and wire harnesses with same tools and equipment.
Hard Skills- 4+ years aircraft avionics experience
- A&P license

Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Aurora, Oregon.
Work EnvironmentHeavy lift helicopter fleet MRO and rebuild hangars. 5-day schedule for several weeks to start (8am - 4:30pm), then will move to a 4-day schedule (6am - 4:30pm), either Mon-Thurs or Tues-Fri.
