Role Summary:
Be able to understand unit failures and isolate faults to determine the root cause
Working as part of a co-operative and communicative team to achieve daily and weekly commits to the business and the customer
Performing Engineering reviews and understanding trends to identify process/supplier issues to improve yield
Ensuring traceability and compliance when working on products and problem solving both independently and as a team where required
Essential Responsibilities:
Experience and/or relevant qualifications in diagnosing to component level on PCBs
Ensure Health & Safety and Quality adherence
Be able to apply yourself to daily manufacturing metrics
Participate in lean activities and other initiatives
Support operational delivery needs
Work in teams and individually to achieve delivery targets
Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
Qualifications/Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in understanding schematics to be able to diagnose faults to component level on PCBs is essential.
