Our products consist of multiple PCBs; you will be responsible for diagnosing the product to board level and using schematics to fault find to component level.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Role Summary:
- Be able to understand unit failures and isolate faults to determine the root cause
- Working as part of a co-operative and communicative team to achieve daily and weekly commits to the business and the customer
- Performing Engineering reviews and understanding trends to identify process/supplier issues to improve yield
- Ensuring traceability and compliance when working on products and problem solving both independently and as a team where required
Essential Responsibilities:
- Experience and/or relevant qualifications in diagnosing to component level on PCBs
- Ensure Health & Safety and Quality adherence
- Be able to apply yourself to daily manufacturing metrics
- Participate in lean activities and other initiatives
- Support operational delivery needs
- Work in teams and individually to achieve delivery targets
- Complete manufacturing paperwork and job cards
Qualifications/Requirements:
Relevant qualifications and/or experience in understanding schematics to be able to diagnose faults to component level on PCBs is essential.
