- The Liaison agent acts as a bridge between the airline operations and Transats commercial sectors.
- Represents Transats business areas (Senior Management, Transat Directors, Media Relations, Social Media, Marketing and International Markets, Call Center and Customer Relations, E-Commerce / CRM, Destination Services) within the IOC
- Acts as the link between the IOC (Integrated Operations Centre) and the Operational Support (reprotection team)
- Ensures the accuracy of information prior to its dissemination during flight delays and irregular operations.
- Keeps Transats commercial sectors informed and provides the necessary information to the teams so that they can respond appropriately to passengers questions.
- Writes the communications given to passengers during irregular operations.
- Performs certain key tasks related to the Operational Support department
