Norwegian is setting up Red Handling in Denmark, which will be our in-house ground handling services (passenger services & operations).
We are looking for a dynamic and highly professional Operations Service Agent that will help ensure that the highest levels of safety, compliance and operational performance is achieved for the entire Norwegian passenger and operations activities at Copenhagen Airport.
This is full time or part time positions.
Place of work is Copenhagen Airport (CPH) and your daily tasks will be:
- Support the daily ground operations at CPH Airport.
- Support communication with third party suppliers and internal departments to ensure the operation achieves its OTP targets.
- Ensure TOBT’s are kept up to date and updating airport and internal systems to ensure all information is updated in real-time.
- Ensure quality of flight files and figures sent.

You are our ideal candidate if you have:
- Good understanding of airline/airport operations.
- Experience in an operations role within aviation/travel industry.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with individuals and groups, ensuring effective flow of information in terms of awareness and understanding.
- Ability to work effectively with peers during unsociable hours.

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring all internal departments and external third-party suppliers are kept informed on the status of the daily operation.
- Maintaining communications with flight crew, through VHF or ACARS to ensure they have all required information for arriving / departing CPH.
- Ensuring proper loading instructions and final figures are created and sent.
- Contributing to continuous improvement, e.g. sharing improvement ideas and help implementing solutions.
- Supporting colleagues by sharing best practices and helping them when needed.
- This job description is not limiting in comparison to other duties, as the Company may consider other duties appropriate to post the position on a permanent or temporary basis.
- Based at CPH Airport but some travel may be required to support operations around the network.
