Job Description:

Tasks

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for the deployment, operationalization, and further development, as well as the operation of AI applications. You will manage individual customer projects as well as our products in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.

Conception, design, and implementation of cloud infrastructure for the operation (MLOps) of Machine Learning and AI models (with a focus on LLM-based applications).
Integration of various front-end and back-end technologies with ML frameworks via APIs.
Operationalization of "proof-of-concepts," as well as further development, optimization, and operation of applications in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.
Independent execution of projects in the areas of Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, and Generative AI.

Requirements

University Degree in IT or other related fields;
Previous relevant professional experience in the field of IT;
Confident use of common machine learning and AI tools in Python, as well as cloud-based ML and LLM frameworks (e.g. Databricks, Azure Fabric, Haystack, etc.);
Agile methodologies knowledge & experience;
Very good knowledge of ML/AI methods and the required infrastructure for containerization, deployment and operation (Docker, Kubernetes, mlflow, vector databases, etc.)Strong consulting skills, flexibility and communication skills at all levels;
Professional experience as a developer (frontend, backend or full stack) in machine learning projects;
Full professional competence Business English;
Willingness to travel for project-related purposes.
