Execute assigned technology maturation projects.
Execute CAD2CAM steps towards the successful completion of the Additive build.
Lead the post-processing activities to obtain a final component per drawing requirements.
According with all the lesson learnt provide feedback to improve/align current DPs and methods.
Participate as a presenter in technical and project reviews.
Remain current in the state of the art within own technical specialty for new products introduction activity, performance improvements, cost reductions and problem resolutions.
Assure proper documentation of technical data generated for the assigned projects and/or tasks are consistent with engineering policies and procedures
Support the requested External funding bid and proposal initiatives
Qualifications/Requirements
Master’s degree or PhD in mechanical/aeronautical Engineering from an accredited University
Basic knowledge in manufacturing technologies for aerospace applications, including Heat Treatment and Inspections
Knowledge of key aeronautical engines layout, architecture and mechanical systems arrangements
Fluency in English language, both written and oral
The ability to work under pressure with other team members
Work Visa, according to local regulation, is required
Ability to produce clear, concise reports and other documentation, of appropriate quality
