Contract Position
Web Software Developer job in Scottsdale, Arizona is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space & Defense company. In this job you will support the next generation in developing mission critical systems for our national defense. You will be a part of creating the most effective and state of the art technologies for Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance supporting the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, and other Federal Government agencies working with our military.

Responsibilities:
- Work with a small team to design, build, test, deploy and support enterprise web applications to modernize the management of data and design information developed for our customers.
- Allow the product development team to store project data in a relational database, where the data not only provides the customer with complex re-build, upgrade, and sustainment information, but the data is also available for data mining in support of maintaining licensed software installs, license allocation, and system configurations.
- Perform technical analysis in web application planning, engineering, and design
- System administration for Hosting and Deployment within an enterprise environment with Active Directory authentication
- Restful API Development
- Design and develop with Information Security in mind
- provide specific, detailed information for software and technology selection, implementation techniques, and tools for the most efficient solution to meet business needs, including present and future capacity requirements
Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain U.S. Department of Defense Secret security clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or STEM and 5+ years of experience, or Masters degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Proven experience with web development environments and tools such as Django Python Framework, HTML 5, HTMX, JavaScript, CSS
- Relational database administration experience such as MS SQL Server
- Experience with source control such as GitLab and Git
- Capable of working on complex problems of diverse scope or situations or data that requires in-depth evaluation of variable factors
