What You Will Do:
- Supports the quality function to assure uncompromising quality for product and provide seamless communication between Columbus Forge Disks and Blades, HMI team, and customer, as required.
- Support quality department on improvement of quality through analyzing non-conformances and performing root cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Support quality team in reviewing and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- Work with quality management to help determine root cause of customer issues.
- Support quality management in other areas including quality data entry, report generation, quality investigations, metrics generation, etc. with moderate supervision.
- Support continuous improvement through collection of data and performing statistical analysis.
- Promptly respond to production floor quality issues and taking appropriate actions, where applicable.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Associate degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Physics, Material Science, or other STEM related field, or 3 years of equivalent experience.
- U.S. Person or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. independently.
- Must have strong computer skills with a focus on data analysis.
- Must be physically capable of: bending, lifting, squatting, twisting, overhead reaching, standing on feet for long period of time – up to 8 hrs, and climbing stairs
- Must be able to work overtime when required.

- Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. Candidates will learn more about role type and current site status throughout the recruiting process. For onsite and hybrid roles, commuting to and from the assigned site is the employee’s personal responsibility.
The pay range is $23-$26 per hour; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
