KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES:- Highly self-motivated individual able to contribute to a positive work environment
- Experience working with civilian or military aviation weapons platforms and electronic warfare systems.
- Working knowledge of MBSE/MOSA approached to weapon system design/integration.
- Experience in presenting to end-user customers and clients in both written and verbal formats.
- Working knowledge of tools such as Solid Works, CATIA, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite including the ability to mentor junior engineers in their use.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Aerospace Engineering or related field from an ABET accredited college/university.
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in design/integration of Aircraft electronics or three 3) years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, or related field.
- Previous experience with military or civil fixed and rotary wing aircraft.
- Ability to travel up to 10%.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance (SECRET).
- Ability to pass a drug and background screening.
WORKING ENVIRONMENT:
- Office with occasional work in aviation hangars or outside on flight line/ramp areas.
