What are your contributions to the team?
- Evaluate the impact of changes required by the quality management system;
- Propose improvements that will improve the costs, efficiency and adherence to requirements;
- Provide guidance on writing procedures that meet the operational needs while respecting the regulations;
- Create deployment plan for changes (detailed planning, risk mitigations, communication plan, change management, creation of performance indicator);
- Leading investigations to ensure product safety and promote the system;
- Act as a coach to management to prepare robust corrective actions requested during audits.
How to thrive in this role? Skills, knowledge & experience:
- You hold a diploma in engineering, operations management or other pertinent field or equivalent experience.
- You have 3 to 5 years experience in quality or related field.
- You have good knowledge of the aerospace regulations. (Asset)
- You have good knowledge of procedures, systems and reference documents of quality (Ex.:ISO9000, AS9100, etc…)
- You have experience in complex problem solving. (Asset)
- You have good communication skills, are professional and are open-minded.
- You are good at networking and working in team.
- You are dynamic and self-reliant.
