40 - Under supervision of senior engineering staff, design and develop test equipment hardware and software designs for testing flight level avionics controllers, sensors, power electronics and the associated cabling.
20 - Develop specifications and design documentation associated with avionics test equipment hardware and software designs.
20 - Support the integration and verification of avionics test equipment designs in an electronics laboratory environment.
20 - Support the coordination and presentation of avionics test equipment design, manufacturing and integration activities with other internal organizations such as Program Management, Avionics Design, Manufacturing and Quality Engineering.
Requires a Bachelors degree in electrical design, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. Security Clearance at the appropriate level. Must be able to satisfy federal government requirements for access to government information, and having dual citizenship may preclude you from being able to meet this requirement.
Additional Requirements and Preferred Qualifications:
- Working knowledge electronic test equipment hardware and controlling software is desired.
- Six months to 1 year of related experience preferred but not required.
- Proficiency with MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel. Word) is required.
- Experience with C programming language , LabVIEW, LabWindows, Test Stand is desirable.
In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role is $69,000- $128,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
