Computer Engineer (NUWCDIVNPT)

We are seeking a skilled Computer Engineer with a strong background in maintaining websites, databases, and systems, along with expertise in certification, testing, and verification (V&V). The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in these areas and demonstrate proficiency in applying DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) to software code and configuration. Additionally, candidates should have experience resolving Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs) and working onboard submarines.

• TOP Secret Security Clearance
• 4-7 years of experience in website maintenance, database maintenance, system certification and testing, and verification and validation (V&V).
• 1 or more years of experience in applying the DISA Security Technical Implementation Guide (STIG) to software code and software configuration.
• 1 or more years of experience resolving Problem Trouble Reports (PTRs).
• 1 or more years of experience working onboard submarines.
• 1 or more years of experience with Controllers and Switches/Firewalls.
• 1 or more years of experience in the development of Interactive Electronic Technical Manuals (IETMs) and Ready Reference Manuals (RRMs).
• 1 or more years of experience with Aruba Controllers (7030) and Cisco Switches/Firewalls.
• 1 or more years of experience using applications such as Aruba Airwave, Aruba Clearpass, CertAgent, VMWare Loginsight, Cisco FMCv, and ISE.
• 1 or more years of experience in system administration areas of Active Directory, DNS, Group Policy, PKI, FTP, SCCM, RADIUS authentication, and VLAN.

Desired Qualifications:

• 5-10 years of experience developing, installing, and maintaining wireless networks, website maintenance, database maintenance, system certification and testing, and verification and validation (V&V).
• 7 years experience working onboard submarines.
