Job Summary
The Cirrus Services Continuous Improvement Practitioner plays a key role in building and communicating a Lean Roadmap throughout Company and leads Cirrus team members along the Lean journey in an effort toward achieving Company goals that enhance value and experience in the service provided to our Owners and Customers. The position is responsible for identifying and implementing continuous improvement efforts by developing best practice tools, methods and process that reduce waste, promote data-driven decision making and robust structured problem solving. In this role the Cirrus Services CI Practitioner supports the development of capabilities and a Lean culture to support the growth and evolution of the Cirrus team and growing business.
Duties and Responsibilities/Essential Functions
- Coach and champion team members and managers through the process of leading, defining and developing continuous improvement actions that are designed to support key initiatives and drive improving results.
- Execute the strategy to establish Lean awareness and build team member knowledge and skills of Lean principles within CET operations
- Identify opportunities and lead Kaizen events within CET
- Develop and facilitate delivery of Lean training curriculum that integrates real-world, business specific situations, driving continuous improvement and sustainable results.
- Identify and manage complex projects spanning multiple functions / departments
- Perform and manage complex analysis to determine process improvement opportunities, evaluate alternative and prioritize process redesign efforts.
- Design and develop tool kits and process assisting leaders in managing the business
- Operate with independence and objectivity while leading effort to develop and implement process improvement, change management and standardization of business processes.
- Provide support to teams developing standard work, training programs and metrics to support business and system changes
- Plan, support and provide training to others in CI methodology
- Provide leadership in problem solving efforts on key projects to improve service delivery with respect to safety, quality, productivity and cost.

Education Requirement(s) | Bachelors Degree in Business, Engineering or related field; or 4 years combination of experience and education in Business, Engineering or a related field required. |
