Electrical Engineering internship is an exciting opportunity to leverage and expand your skillset in the Aerospace Industry. At Parker FSD-H we specialize in developing Aircraft fuel gauging and fuel inerting systems which include
- Embedded software (also known as bare-metal development)
- Electronics
- Mechanical
Responsibilities
Under the direction and guidance of senior technical resources, one will be expected to execute small to medium engineering tasks ranging from documentation of design artifacts to developing code and performing testing.
- Generate reports from lab testing and requested analyses
- Prototype testing on targeted circuit, subsystems or functions
- Participate in review and provide general engineering support
- Troubleshooting issues
- Research and provide alternate solutions for supply chain or obsolescence issues.
- Perform board testing via test procedures or ATP
Qualifications
Must be currently pursuing a degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering with a minimum GPA of 3.3. Must be in Junior or Senior year of Bachelor’s program or a current Graduate student.
Applicable experience includes:
- Basic analog/digital circuit design experience including Microcontrollers
- Experience with schematic entry tools
- Experience with on target debugging/troubleshooting
Please note that the salary range information is only applicable for New York. Compensation is based on a variety of factors, candidate experience, qualifications, location as well as spanet and business considerations. Pay Range: $19- $23.
