What does this role look like?
As an Electronics Engineering Manager at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, you will have a vital role maintaining our nation’s strategic deterrent.
Key activities you will accomplish in this role:
• You will be responsible and accountable for ensuring your team collaborates and successfully executes with partner teams
• Tasks are properly assigned, implemented, and statused within Lockheed Martin and with our customer, aligned with cost and schedule commitments
• Personnel are knowledgeable, trained, and ready when directed by our customer to provide support at the customer’s sites
• Recommendations for system support and upgrades are provided
• Your team understands their role, value, and relationship with other Lockheed Martin and customer teams, and how they support our customer mission and Lockheed Martin business objectives
To be effective in this role, you will need:
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate mission information, technical decisions and issues to both highly technical and non-technical reviewers.
• Ability to lead multi-functional teams and lead multiple teams to communicate and coordinate work as one team with common goals.
• 8+ years professional experience
• For this position, an active DOD Secret clearance or higher is required to be considered, thus US Citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:
• Experience with:
o Leading people on a team
o Working with government customer personnel
o Electronic hardware maintenance, test, troubleshooting, or logistics
o Missile hardware or its electrical test equipment
o Ability to work on-site at Hill Air Force Base, Utah
• For this position, an active DOD Secret clearance or higher is required to be considered, thus US Citizenship is required.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
