As part of our Systems and Software team, you will be responsible for testing and troubleshooting an entirely new business jet electrical power distribution system within our Electrical Power Integration Centre (EPIC) – key to the development of safety-critical software for the system. Alongside senior engineers, you will be mentored and guided into a Systems Engineer capable of delivering on both Safety of Flight and Certification verification activities over the next few years with exciting opportunities for growth within the organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist in the design and implementation of tests for power distribution systems, including hardware and software components.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to create test plans, scenarios, and test cases to verify system functionalities and performance.
- Conduct hands-on testing and troubleshooting of power distribution systems to identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze and interpret test data, and contribute to reports on system performance and validation results.
- Work closely with the team to identify potential improvements and optimize system performance.
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product reliability and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments such as R&D, design, and production to ensure seamless integration of power distribution systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in systems verification or a similar role
- Proficiency in aerospace communication protocols, including RS485, CAN, ARINC-429, and Ethernet
- Strong familiarity with test equipment, such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, and spectrum analyzers
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
