Summary
This position supports the airline&39;s in-service fleet on airframe repairs and is responsible for quality justifications from a design perspective in a timely manner.
Responsibilities include performing repair design analysis for metal parts, working closely with static analysis and F&TD colleagues to provide repair solutions.
Methods include using classical design rules to develop efficient repair solutions that meet airworthiness requirements and customer needs (Airlines/MROs).

Responsibilities:

• Create high quality integrated and certified engineering repair solutions for airlines and internal customers within established timeframes.
• Autonomously realize repair design solutions, including design justification documentation and subsequent certification documents to support the in-service fleet.
• Liaise with Static, F&TD and other appropriate Airbus departments to find optimal design solutions for the airline customer.
• Ensure that the final repair solution returns the aircraft to an airworthy condition.
• Identify and support local improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor&39;s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Active CREA.
• Advanced English.
• Previous experience in the aeronautical sector.
• Solid knowledge of aeronautical structures.
• Understanding of aeronautical certification requirements.

• Garantir que a solução final de reparo devolva a aeronave a uma condição aeronavegável.
• Identificar e apoiar iniciativas locais de melhoria.

Requisitos:

• Bacharelado em Engenharia Aeronáutica ou Mecânica.

• CREA Ativo.

• Inglês avançado.

• Prévia experiência no setor aeronáutico.

• Conhecimento sólido em estruturas aeronáuticas.

• Compreensão dos requisitos de certificação aeronáutica.
